Access Payee YTD Incentive Summary

You can access the Payee YTD Incentive Summary by clicking the Payee YTD Incentive Summary link as depicted in the following figure:

Upon clicking this link, the following form is displayed.

This prompt displays Payee ID, Incentive ID, and Select Year parameters and Values field to display the corresponding parameter values. By default the Value field of Payee ID, Incentive ID, and Select Year is filled with the value “ALL”.

You can click the  (lookup) buttons adjacent to the Payee ID, Incentive ID, and Select Year parameters to pick the required values. Upon clicking this button, the Lookup windows are displayed with all the available values.

The Search window for Payee ID displays the Payee ID, Payee Name, and Payee Job Category values of all the available payees. You can click on any of these values to select a payee.

The Search window for Incentive ID displays all the available Incentive ID. You can click on any of these values to select a year.

The Search window for Select Year displays all the available fiscal years. You can click on any of these values to select a year.

You can also use the Search field to find a value present in the Search windows.

Click the  button. The search operation is performed using the entered Payee ID, Incentive ID, and Select Year parameters and the report is generated. A sample report is displayed in the following diagram:

This report displays the Payee ID, Territory ID, Incentive ID, Fiscal Year, Plan ID, and Total Payout Amt in the header.

The report also displays the total attainment amount for all the periods and the total payout amount.
